Not Kajol, Aishwarya was KJo's 1st choice for K3G

Karan Johar originally considered Aishwarya Rai Bachchan for the role of Anjali in Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham, as he believed Kajol might not be available due to family plans. However, Kajol accepted the role, and Aishwarya later mentioned that the character had changed from the initial narration she received.
